Skaters are encouraged to do off-ice training, which may include Pilates, ballet, yoga, weight training, ballroom dancing (particularly for ice dancers) or other activities. The amount and type of off-ice training depends on the skater’s needs and the coach’s recommendations.

Off-ice sessions are included as part of the regular skating program: details of times and levels are provided on the Ice Schedule and Registration Form.
